AE.ACQUISITION EVIDENCE / DECISION SYSTEM
ACQUISITION EVIDENCE / FROM PROOF TO PERFORMANCE
THE MAIN GOAL

Prove the system on one acquisition. Build it for every business.

Start with source-linked underwriting and close the gaps before an acquisition decision. Once authorized, connect the company’s CRM, accounting, bank, and management communication systems. During diligence, find measurable ways to improve operations and begin business development. Turn what works into an industry-agnostic platform for future acquisitions and a service other businesses can use.

Decision rule / three distinct checks for every factual claim and decision

Trace the claim to its exact original source. Reproduce the calculation or obtain genuinely independent corroboration. Have a separate reviewer examine its context and limits; material deal decisions require a qualified human reviewer. A missing or conflicting check leaves the claim unconfirmed. Three copies of one source do not count as three checks. This public overview describes the target standard; it does not certify any claim.

Evidence before
conviction.

A decision system for acquiring and improving businesses. Follow the source, test the assumptions, confirm what is real, approve the action, and measure the result.

OPERATING LOGIC / 01
THE STANDARD

Make every claim traceable.

Separate reported facts from forecasts and assumptions. Keep decisions tied to three documented checks, and require explicit authority before connecting systems or taking action.

01 / THE METHOD

Underwrite. Connect. Improve. Repeat.

The first use is an acquisition. The durable product is a repeatable path from evidence to better decisions and operating results.

01 / UNDERWRITE

Establish the facts.

Collect source documents, reconcile the numbers, separate actuals from projections, and make missing evidence visible before an offer decision.

OUTPUT · DEFENSIBLE DECISION RECORD
02 / CONNECT

Earn access to systems.

With permission, connect CRM, accounting, banking and manager communication channels. Keep source history and access boundaries intact.

OUTPUT · TRUSTED OPERATING VIEW
03 / IMPROVE

Prove value in operation.

Identify bottlenecks, run measured pilots, automate repeatable work and test business development against a recorded baseline.

OUTPUT · MEASURED CHANGE
04 / REUSE

Make the system portable.

Package the evidence model, decision controls and improvement loop for other acquisitions and businesses, without assuming every company is alike.

OUTPUT · REUSABLE SERVICE

02 / THE PLATFORM

Built from a real foundation.

The public BusinessOS repository is the starting point for the evidence and underwriting system. It establishes useful structure; deployment, live integrations and commercial reuse still require further work.

Real-world repeatability

Validate source-system reconciliation, secure access, measurable operating pilots and use with a second company before claiming a broadly reusable platform.
